Abstract
  • The King’s Fund and the Health Foundation both support the concept of a Transformation Fund for the NHS in England. The two organisations came together to undertake a programme of work detailing the key aspects of such a fund. This appendix gives details of the work done to consider how surplus NHS estate could contribute to the resources available to the Fund.
