Abstract
  • This project paper has been produced from a working seminar for senior management in the NHS. This seminar was to discuss with experts in the field of pay determination and the problems of pay in the NHS. The first section of the report outlines aims and assumptions. Further sections deal with the requirements and options for a pay determination for the NHS, ways of minimising industrial disputes and a possible way of dealing with the problems of the cash limit.
