Abstract
  • The Hospital Centre has recently received a number of requests for information about the preparation and design of progress reports for nurses in training. It was decided to undertake a survey of a selection of progress report forms at present in use. The findings of the survey and some of the opinions expressed during discussion at the conference were included in a first draft, which was circulated to all participating hospitals. The additional helpful comments and suggestions made by many of the hospitals concerned have been incorporated in this interim report.
