  • The workshop was part of the 'Ordinary Life' initiative, which had so far overlooked those people with learning difficulties who are held in secure units. The contributions in this report are picked up four themes - values underlying the 'Ordinary Life' initiative; the concept of security; the concept of dangerousness; and the problem of where responsibility should lie.
