Abstract
  • This report presents interview and focus group findings in East Sussex. It looks at carers' backgrounds, their experience of access to services, with special reference to the assessment process, and their views about services currently received. The 'Key Messages' section at the end summarises the carers' views about desirable outcomes and the factors in their situations which help or prevent these being achieved. Carers' views on improvements in current services are then presented.
