Abstract
  • This document presents recommendations for the employment of domestic staff in hospitals as it had been noted that although a considerable advance had been made in the provision of suitable accommodation and amenities for hospital domestic staff, there was still a grave shortage of labour which was aggravated by a high rate of staff turnover.[JRP]
